Due to size and weight restrictions, some items require an additional delivery surcharge. This charge is annotated on the product's detail page. It is in addition to the regular shipping charge. The majority of orders are shipped via Fedex or the US Postal Service (USPS). Most in-stock items ship 1-3 business days after the receipt of your order unless otherwise noted. Transit time on standard shipping is typically an additional 3-10 business days and is at the descretion and control of the shipping company. Expedited orders ship in 1-2 business days with a typical transit time of an additional 1-4 business days. If you order is needed by a specific date please contact Reorient directly to ensure a timely delivery. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service or Priority Mail. Orders shipped outside of the US often experience longer transit times than those stated above. Please plan accordingly and allow for longer lead times when shipping out of the US. All local taxes, duty or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Reorient does not collect such fees in advance and the recipient is the importer of record for local tax purposes and is responsible for all Import Fees as levied by the destination country. All delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped. You are responsible for any assembly (if required) and for the disposal of packing materials. Please recycle whenever possible. |
