Return Policy

Please report damaged or defective items to sales@shopreorient immediately upon receipt. You may also leave a message on our toll free 24-hour voicemail line, 1-888-808-8938. Please be sure to include your 17-digit order ID number in your email or message. We will reply to you via email. If you prefer a phone call please include a phone number, time zone and best time to reach you.

 

For all other returns we will gladly issue a refund for your purchase, minus your original shipping charges, if the merchandise is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at sales@shopreorient.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your package.

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

  1. Keep all packing materials and original box that the order arrived in.
  2. email for an RA number.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt with your 17-digit order number.
  4. Pack well and mark the RA number on the outside of the box.
  5. Send freight prepaid. CODs will be refused.

Providing that the merchandise is returned in acceptable condition, a refund of the merchandise cost will be issued. Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are nonrefundable.

Cancel order requests can only be accepted if the order has not shipped.   Once a package is in the possession of the carrier we cannot retrieve it. We make our best effort to honor all cancel requests, however we do try to ship all orders within 24-hours or less. If an order you wished to cancel has already shipped, it will need to be refunded in accordance with the above stated policy. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at sales@shopreorient.com to make a cancel request.

If an order delivery is refused and the items arrive safely back to us, a merchandise refund will be issued.  Shipping charges and/or gift wrap charges are nonrefundable.
