This is my favorite cookbook!Sep 06, 2006 I'm so happy that I bought Dr. Siegel's book. His simple, easy to follow recipes are the delight of my kitchen. I can't say enough good things about it. It's also a great book to read and learn from. mmm...red-cooked chicken...
